CABBAGE MANCHURIAN Ingredients : 1. Cabbage – grated – 2cups 2. Onion – finely chopped – 1/2cup 3. Capsicum – finely chopped – 3tbs 4. Ginger – finely chopped – 1tsp 5. Garlic – finely chopped – 1tsp 6. Green Chilli – finely chopped - 1pcs 7. Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1tsp 8. Spring Onion – finely chopped – 2tbs 9. Tomato Sauce – 2tbs 10. Soya Sauce – 2tbs 11. White Vinegar – 1tsp 12. Red chilli Powder – 1tsp 13. Black Pepper Powder – 1/2tsp 14. All Purpose Flour – 3tbs 15. Corn Flour – 3tbs 16. Salt to taste 17. Oil – for deep frying the pakodas/fritters and 2tbs to make the gravy (any veg oil) Preparations : At first, you need to make the cabbage pakodas/fritters. So to make the pakodas, squeeze the excess water from the grated cabbage and keep it on a separate bowl.
