2. Potato – 1med size – boiled

4. Grated Coconut – 3tbs (optional)

9. Aamchur Powder (Dried mango powder) – 1tsp
10. Sugar – 1tsp
11. Salt to taste
12. Oil – for deep frying – any veg oil
Preparation :
All you need to do is to mix all the ingredients, apart from oil, make a nice and thick mixture, so that you can easily make pakodas/balls from it.
Cooking Steps :
Heat generous amount of oil in a deep fry pan and let it be heated up properly. Keep the flame on medium heat and gently place small or medium size pakodas in the oil with the help of your hand. Flip the sides and fry until they became golden brown in colour. But do not fry on high heat, otherwise the inner side will remain soggy and the outer look will turn brown. After pakodas became golden brown from all the sides, take them out on tissue paper. And now you can serve them with any kind of sauce or chutney of your choice.
