Dim Sorshe (Egg Mustard)





Ingredients :

1. Boiled Eggs – 6pcs
2. Onion – thin slices – 1pc
3. Mustard Seeds – 2tbsp
4. Grated Coconut – 2tbsps
5. Green Chili – 4-5pcs
6. Turmeric Powder – 1tsp
7. Red Chili Powder – 1/2tsp
8. Salt to taste
9. Mustard Oil – 4tbsp

Preparations :
-------------------
Make some slits in the eggs, add some salt and turmeric powder and coat well.
Make a smooth paste of mustard seeds, coconut, green chili and two pinch of salt.

Cooking Steps :
----------------------
In a hot fry pan add 2tbsp of mustard oil. When oil become hot add eggs and fry well from all the sides. (No need to fry too much). Then take out in a plate.
Add remaining oil. Add mustard seeds, coconut paste into the pan. Also add some salt and turmeric powder, red chili powder and cook over medium heat for 2-3mins or until become dry.
Add water as much as you want to make gravy. Add green chili slits and fried eggs, mix and cover with lid. Cook it for 3-5mins. Then you can turn off the heat and serve it.

Serving Suggestions :

This preparation of eggs would go best with a plate of hot steamed rice.
